    Who has the highest Mileage?

I am curious to know who has done the most miles on their Tuono and if how it is running.

I've done 4,500kms in the 2 months since new, who has the record ?

    That is my idea!!!
Can you send me your itenerary (did you make a route66 file?)? What were the tyres??
I'm from Porto (Portugal). I'm gonna take of from here and the first big stop will be at Barcelona (like the past year). I'm thinking to stay here 4 days.
Then away we go to Italy. Maybe enter the country thru north (Turino), then Milan; Noale; Venezia; Montes Apeninos; Bologna; and return home.

Did any of you guys saw the centopassi ducati site??? Naice roads..

The total trip time will be 16 days...I think.

Maybe my new Pilot Powers won't make it...But what the heck...They'll change it in Noale!! I wonder if they got the tools...

My first stop was at Barcelona for two days and over there I put my bike on the Dyno at a Dynojet center to get a custom map for the PCIII,then I travelled to Andorra and cross the border to France in the Pyrenees(nice place and roads) heading to Perpignan in the french coast. Then heading north all along the Cote Dīazur to Italy, crossed the country from Genova to Venice and Noale.
My tires were a Pirelli Dragon at the rear(hard) and Metzeller Sportec(soft) in the front. The Pirelli did the job fine and thereīs still some life in it.
The only part of the road I didnīt like is the motorway from Monaco to Genova which is a dangerous road beside the sea very windy with high bridges and lots of bends and traffic.
Noale is a nice place with parks and monuments such the RSV Nera that you can see at the Aprilia factory

16,000 miles in 12 months. Can't stop ridin' it!No real oil consumption, fuel mileage in the mid-high 30's,one chain/sprockets at 14K,two front/four rear tires.Oil changes every 4K with BMW full synthetic 15W50 and a K&N filter. It helps my trip to and from work is 80 miles a day.I'm real happy with my choice.Everyone told me "don't do it" what about parts,reliability,ect.,ect.Screw 'em it's just a great bike.

24,000 miles in 27 months. Alot of weekend trips and an occasional week trip. Very little commutting. Bike runs great, and I've been pleased. I did replace a relay switch 3 months ago and the headlight lens cracked on me. It appears these have been fairly common occurances with the Tuono.

14,500 miles in total, 9000 in my ownership since October 2004. I replaced the relay early on but have had no issues with the bike since, other than a blown head lamp bulb. The bike stood the test of a British winter and is ridden regularly around London, country lanes and has done a mammoth European tour of 3000 mile in 10 days including a blast around the Nurburgring. Next up is a track day soon I hope.

    Hi
I've been lurking in this great forum for a long time and feel it is time to let my voice be heard. Since I bought the Touno at Easter 2003, I've done 49.000 km on it, almost all of them motorway. I still love riding it and couldn't imagine myself on another bike. In that time I've worn out 5 rear tires, 3 front tires & 2 chain kits (not too shabby).
Oh, and I only crashed it twice...
