    Insurance!

Foremost renewal came in at $608 for The GSA and the Tuono...$250/500 max coverage.

got a apples to apples quote from Progressive who I placed the boat with earlier this summer.

total annual premium for both bikes....$257.00

    that was a no brainer!

Sweet! And Progressive's towing is unbeatable. Kills AAA all to hell. Not even close.

Progressive is....progressive! Sold one of my bikes this spring, insurance went up $73.00. Sold a second one insurance went up $37.00. Wasn't until the third one and it went down a whole $32.00. My wife didn't believe me when I said it was cheaper to keep them.

Yeah, when I added my WR250R, my premium went down.

When I was younger I was afraid I'd die riding. Now that I'm old and falling apart, I'm afraid I won't.

Progressive has treated me well. Based on these posts, I may need to add my XL600 that currently is a project bike and not road ready, yet.

I heard a horror story about Progressive a while back.

A guy left his bike at a friend's house (friend was a mechanic) to get some work done on it.

The bike was stolen from the friend's house and Progressive refused to cover it, because it was not in his possession when it was stolen.
You don't need to earn my respect.
    I give it freely.
Whether or not you keep it is entirely up to you.

Progressive wanted almost 3 grand to insure my BMW K1300S, at the time I was over 50, excellent credit, no accidents, no points. State Farm wanted $750 for the same coverage, needles to say I went with State Farm.

I pay about $450 yearly for the Tuono full coverage w/elevated liability limits. State Farm. The WRX kills me though @ $1260 yearly for the same coverage. Fucking kids killing themselves in 'em.
