Lovely. I’ll try to remember to check what’s going on the new bike site every once in a while.

i've fitted a bone stock '04-'05 motor for the moment, did not even checked if it's fitted with pressed or cast cams. I've purchased it 5 years ago, and never heared it alive. But it just BRUUUM af first start.
it sound a little "soft"not really crisp on throttle, hope it will be enought for 130hp's on the dyno:

swingarm is now 30mm longer (better: present "short" position is the same as stock longer position. Plus 30mm slots)

sorry for the crappy Intagram pic

The swingarm looks like its from Harris or one of those UK frame builders. Beauty. Rotax v60 will never die!

That is a beautiful swingarm fabrication. I bought an 07 RSV from a member and just discovered the inner swingarm has been gouged by a loosened sprocket nut, and I've driven it like this for the past 8K miles but now nervous about it. Before I toss it, do you think it can be repaired by welding another bead along it? I've gotten various opinions but thought perhaps you would know best, thank you

maybe is better you replace the swinger, they comes dirty cheap used these days. Just be sure you buy an updated (after recall) unit!

    Beautiful fabrication work Gabro.
What is your expectation with the longer swing arm ?

last time we raced this bike, with a 160hp 1102cc motor, we had a lot of trouble with wheelies... too much traction at rear tyre and bike was unable to "slide cornering". hope the longer swingarm + new shock and suspension link will help.

at least, I'm helped in tune it by suspension datalogging this time:

Is the IMA adjustable triple from a RSV4? Which adjustment are you thinking of using?

Yes, IMA rsv4 triples, I've set em temporarily at 29mm offset now (stock V2 gen2 is 33) but it's probably too low.
Anyway, I'm not a fan of adjustable triples as they are cut were they should be strongest, but they are very fast to work on when you are struggling finding a good base setup
