Can one of you guys tell me the difference between a 2018 RSV4 RF and a 2018 RSV4 RF LE other than the paint job? I just wonder what warranted the $1,000 difference between the two bikes other than the paint job.
Just curious why the guy traded in a bike with only 109 miles on the clock? Two years ago I almost bought a mint 2013 BMW S1RR fully loaded and only 10 miles on the odometer but someone beat me to it by 30 minutes. I never understood why people buy bikes and then don't ride them.

Poor decision making, I've had people buy brand new cars, and bring them back a day later saying they made a mistake and need to return it. People are compulsive and it happens.

I bought my old RSV4 race bike from a consignment shop. It was about 1 year old and only had 40 miles on it! Apparently the owner bought it and immediately after a close family member was killed in a motorcycle accident, so his wife wouldn't let him ride it.

He has some type of disease in his back which causes his back to lock up. He loves motorcycles and is quite wealthy so he will buy a bike and then do these neat upgrades to the bike. I figured it out that he had about $29,500 in this bike at full retail prices. He is now working on building a ZX10. Unfortunately he is only around 35 or 36 years old. Here are some pictures of the bike.Click image for larger version.

I wish I had that kind of wealth where I could buy a bike, farkle it up and then trade it in for someone else to enjoy. My heart goes out to the guy, since he loves motorcycles but issues with his back prevent him from riding. Beautiful bike you have there.

The original owner claims he never got them from the dealer and the dealer says they gave them to him. I am trying to track them down but I don't intend to mount them as I think they are ugly and useless on a street bike in the United States. I may track the bike but it such a beautiful and expensive bike. My name is Marty H and not Bill Gates.
