WTS (VA, USA): 2003 Tuono with 2007 RSVR engine, parts/project

This one is going to sting.

I am selling my 2003 Magnet grey tuoldo with a 2007 RSVR engine swap. Bike is about 60-70% assembled and is sold as project/parts. The details:

    2003 Vanilla tuono
2007 RSVR engine, heads milled to fit 1st electronics
4x 2nd gen 1 piece intake cams (largest stock ones made) timed to 106/109
All new coolant/oil hoses and clamps
    57mm TB's
    EV14 injectors
    Gabro chip
Ohlins steering damper and rear shock
Brembo 4 pad calipers with custom dual lines
    upgraded clutch slave
radial clutch and brake master cylinders
Supersprox rear sprocket, ZZZ 520 chain, 15T front, BRAND NEW 0 MILES
Carbon: rear fender, front fender, front fairing, cluster cover
black fuel tank, inside coated, new fuel pump
    Custom QD fuel lines.
    Manual cam chain tensioners
custom mounts for upgraded coils and custom plug wires
custom huge primary 2-2 exhaust made by local shop (not 100%, needs work with kick stand interference)
    primaries for normal akro 2-2
Tons of spares/extras, probably missing some things

I've had this bike in project hell for years. I just simply lost interest in it. For the right person willing to go over it with a fine-tooth comb this is a steal, I just don't have it in my anymore. Would love to see it in a loving home.
Current status is: before I deployed for 6 months got it running on 1 cylinder. I've done literally zero troubleshooting on the other cylinder. I assume a coil is just bad. the old ones had some oil in their storage container. I have spares and the upgraded ones mentioned.

Asking $1000 OBO, come get it.

Interested. Can you provide more pictures, including the tank and body work?

It is indeed in Norfolk VA. I put it in a storage unit when I deployed and have drug my feet getting it out. Since there is some interest here I'll do that this week and post some more up.

Great deal considering what the bike would be worth in parts, especially if some of the bodywork is in good shape.

Do you have all of the other bodywork, such as rear fairing, side covers, frame air intakes, etc?

Cool, I look forward to seeing the pics. I’m sorry you lost interest in the project, looks like you’ve done a lot of the heavy lifting. Been there though, you just get over it and have to move on sometimes.

I think it would be a fun Winter project, definitely interested.
