FS: Smaltmoto unique Underseat full 60mm exhaustsystem for RSVR 04-08

Im selling my own and unique Smaltmoto 2-2 underseat exhaustsystem as I striped down the bike and building the motor into a 2001 chassis.
This system got developed for a production run - but never made it into serial production.
So this Smaltmoto underseat system is second to none all over the Globe and your chance to catch it!
The normal slip-on linkage tubes are also included (not on the photos), so you can use any set of 60mm Slip on exhaust too.
A numberplate holder is also included (no photos), because a Racing tail faring was used, simple indicators and rearlight are mounted for testing.
The gain in performance and torque is up to 12hp / 14 nm above stock (mapped) like on any Smaltmoto 2-2 systems and 7hp/9NM above an Akrapovic EVO2 system on a stock engine.

    Included / what you get:
1x Smaltmoto 2-2 header with 60mm Diameter and 3x M18x1,5mm bungs for Lambdasensors (at example for a Dynojet Autotune kit)
3x Screws for the Lmabdaseonsor bungs M18x1,5mm "Racing" with holes for "Racingwire"
1x set Smaltmoto Inox Underseat exhaust cans / silencers with 60mm connection diameter and real Carbon tips / caps.
1x set of Lingkage-tubes for the underseat silencers with real Carbon-protectors.
1x set of hodler for the Underseatsystem to mount on the original fixing points of the exhaust holder / rearpassenger footpegs.
1x set of Linkage tubes for normal 60mm slip on exhaust cans like Akrapovic, Smaltmoto, BOS, Sebring, Tigcraft...)
13 spings for the whole system
1x number plate holder for the underseat system

The system is a Racingsystem and not road legal (no E-Number).
You can combine this system on your own risk with road legal exhaust cans 60mm connection diameter.
The exhaust noise level was tolerable and compareable with other open cans like short Akrapovic Hexagonal.
This system was allowed to use on european racetracks. There are no db-baffles / killer, but you can retrofit them on your own.
I have shoe-size US 12,5 / UK 10,5 / EU 45 and used aftermarket footrests - but that is the limit.

    Price: 999,00€ Euro / 1130.00 US-Dollar.
Shipping costs within the EU 45,00 €.
Shipping costs Worldwide, USA, RSA, Canada, NZ, UAE is 100.00 US-Dollar.

Im shipping with DHL or UPS, tracked, insured and contempory.
Payment by Paypal or Banktransaction (IBAN/BIC).

    Wow! These are SO cool!

Good luck with the sale Konstantin. I'm very tempted, but have several other projects going right now. Man they're neat though...

Oh boy... This really looks good on the RSV. Wish this was for the '17 and up... Just ordered the Akra Titanium slip-on with cat a few days ago... If you ever make a "slip-on" version I would be even more tempted (or a "link pipe" and brackets to use Akra pipes). Just love the look.

    Good luck with the sale.

What a beautiful exhaust and great price.
If this was for sale 6 months ago I would have bought it.
And, the super charger looks cool.
It's hard not to notice the super charger on the second bike.

    @baldy3577: Thanks for the flowers.
I really loved to map and ride the BigBang R1 and it has a nice power-delivery and "throttle talk".
But my old RSVR with the Supercharger was faster and had the better chassis and suspension
Im just manufacturing and selling the regular looking slip-on and decat pipes in my shop for the RSV4 09-19.
No Underseat version as I never expected that there is market.

It wasnt my intention to promote it...
BTW: It gives the bike the power it ever should have from stock. And it runs ever smoother than a stock N/A RSVR!
Only the throttle-opening needs some more attention but Im working on that.
    Well done from Joakim / Mr.J / VR8 / Spoonvalley Racing

    Thanks for your lines.
This is the same bikes on all photos which I raced from for only a few Races in 2005 to 2007.
I converted it to the SC kit engine from Joakim / Spoonvalley Racing back in 2010.

Yes, it will fit on a stock rear fairing.
    There is enough room between.

I never weighted the underseat-system but it was lighter compared to a regular complete system from the first G2 Series (AKA "the Tank"2006-2008).
The cans of the underseat prototype were smaller and together 600Gr. lighter, the linkage tubes were made of 1.0mm SS, the holders were made from Aluminium - light but stabile. I fell in love with the look and very different sound, thats why i kept it on the bike.
