    Sr50 Ditech Morini Sport exhaust?

    Hello guys,

My scoot is Aprilia Sr 50 Ditech 2003 Morini engine. I ordered Malossi multivar and Fly clutch and i'm thinking to buy some sport exhaust. I read about Leo Vince ZX and Giannelli Reverse and when i talked to a dealer , he told me that on stock cilynder 50cc i should not put sport exhaust. Is that right or not?

This is one where your not going to find a clear majority opinion, personally I have found on more than one scoot a well designed performance exhaust can be worth up to a 10% performance gain. Now I’m not sure if it’s an actual power gain or simply a change in the torque curve. An exhaust change will probably mean all the fun of playing with roller weights and deciding what’s best for you.
one thing to consider, if your considering a BBK at all your going to need to upgrade the exhaust so why not grab the exhaust first?

Been there, done that. With stock or even mhr replica exhaust u stil get the same power.Only acceleration is boost up with bbk.Topspeed depends on which map is load it to the ecu.If u push ur bike too hard like 120 km/h is nice but the fuel pump will fail in short time or one of the parts.Ditech is not made for tuning!

With my modified fuel pump, you would get (if you didn't touch anything else) 20% on acceleration and power ...
