    Another Futura on the road....

This bike had been stopped for 13 years and only used occasionally by the previous owner, I bought it without seeing it. After three months of home service (not concluded yet...) saturday the first shake down with my wife.
the jobs done are: oil (Motul 5100 15W50) & filters, clutch and brakes fluid (Motul 5.1), forks seals & oil 10W (one was leaking...), front brakes pads Brembo LA (white...) and Carbon ceramic to the rear, new and original starter relay 150A, Denso coils update, Mosfet rectifier (FH020AA) and rewiring mod.
Bike need chain & sprockets & coolant change, regenerate rear suspension too... this winter I think.
For now I enjoy it for my next summer vacation!!

Nice find. Now check the torque of the rear wheel nut and the cush drive as soon as you can.

and can only hope you forgot to mention fresh tires. If that's the case, the wheel is done, but still check the cush hub nut.

Looks like it's been well out of the sun! Nice find indeed.

Ras, you're right.... I've not mentioned the new tires, so torque on rear and front wheel are ok.

    Congratulations!

I was thinking, OE starter solenoid was not rated at 150 Amps. Yours is not OE?
English is not my native language, so please be kind to my mistakes.

Remember, this is an Italian bike with an Austrian motor, it isn't like the GSXR you use to own...

Aprilia came out with an upgraded 150 A.
I still use my 50 A, but had it apart to check the condition.
