I have also starting issue in the morning but when its warm no issue at all.I have discovered when i took off the compressor hose it was looks like little wet from water and oil mix.I didnt open the injector cap under fuel pressure regulator yet. Typical sludge issue i guess.

Many people on here seem to swear by adding a water trap to solve that issue. Hopefully Mayor McTurd chimes in at some point as he usually pushes for that addition to be made. I never really have any issues with mine surprisingly. I say surprisingly because I've added so many racing components and it still runs great! Right now I'm experiencing a SLOP occasionally, but I think it's just cause I haven't changed my spark plug in about 4000km. Other than that, my scoot is running like a dream! Are your batteries still producing enough voltage to easily turn the engine over?

Do you make them yourself or where do you get them from? It doesn't improve speed or acceleration at all does it?? I would really love to learn more about it and add one to mine.

You buy the components and install them yourself. There is no speed or acceleration boost - just assurance that you are less likely to have SLOP / stuttering - there is a performance boost in that your cylinder will be burning more fuel and less water and 2T oil on the air side.

Sounds good to me!! Thanks for the info! I'm gonna add that and the little electrolysis cell I made. Then SLOP should be a thing of the past!

Before time i didnt notice any sympton of sludge or slop.Summer time, humid climates here so sludge should be a problem. Also when i give too fast wot,she just choke like pressure drop or something similar.I'm using new tps body and this xado oil for 2t and starting issues are less now.i ll add another xado atomex multi cleaner which clean the injectors and remove all that carbon crap from the cyl head and piston and add ceramic layer to the cyl wall and all parts such as pump.My battery is a few years old but im using gel battery which are more stronger.Voltage , before crank engine is 12,7 v.When the engine idle, he jump to 13.8-14.0 v,as it should. When im riding voltage drops around 13,5 v.
