    2017 Moto Guzzi v9 Bobber

Hi everyone, i'm new to this forum and have just purchased a 2017 Moto Guzzi v9 Bobber. I would like to install bar end mirrors and wanted to know if the standard universal 7/8" compression adapters that are provided with many of the mirror brands will work on this bike. I also want to find out which brands some of you prefer, etc. Thanks,
    Dave C.

I use the Af1 (here) RhinoMoto bar ends and knockoff ebay rizzoma mirrors. You need to check if those bar ends would fit your Guzzi
now a 2017 Aprilia Tuono RR let the mods begin
sold the fun little 675 daytona
    previous - two Gen2 "Factories"
5 past Apes and other rides too numerous to mention

Yeah, give AF1 a shout. They will advise.
    2007.5 Tuono-Black, with 1102cc's of micah's badness!
2012 Griso-Silver and black, Agostini pipe, some carbon bits.
2006 Vespa GT200-bitubo suspension all around, Malossi big-bore, head and cam, Akrapovic pipe, all put together by Micah.

gone 2002 Caponord-Oyster gray (as faithful as a hound dog)
gone Futura-Red (on the AF1 showroom floor. Get some.)

The more I learn about people, the more I appreciate rocks.

The end of the bars, outboard of the grips, would be the standard 7/8" bar for the outside diameter. But many nice bar end mirrors attach to the inside of the bar. If you are going to attach by clamping to the outside end of the bar you would likely need to move the grips inwards to make room. That means re-drilling holes for the pin that locates the throttle and switchgear.
I prefer quality mirrors, like Rizoma. Triumph used to sell a really nice bar end mirror that fits other bikes, not just theirs. But I don't know if they still sell them.
I can say I have wasted too much money on cheap mirrors. I have found that it is cheaper for me to spend more up front and only have to buy once. AF1 seem like good people to talk to.
