Create a forum signature in your profile where you state which model, year and engine type (see https://www.apriliaforum.com/forums/...sked-Questions), as well as mods/tuning parts. Then, say what characteristics you are looking to achieve with buying a new exhaust.

Just installed and derestricted the Yasuni R, I’ll get back and report on performance after putting a couple of miles on it, it’s just to frigin hot out to do any riding.
install was easy, removing both restrictors was more work than I thought. While the welds on both were not pretty they were way thicker than I thought they would be and required a lot more grinding than I thought. A couple of quick points.

first while all the articles point out how easy the Fabric is to remove from the muffler your going to shred the steel wool layer trying to get at the muffler, if you leave it your going to clog it up with metal shavings.

Second buy a bunch of M6 nuts and put them on the threaded rods in the muffler to protect the threads while grinding the welds, if you slip with the file/ Dremel or die grinder you will damage the threads!! Throw these nuts away when done because they will be miss shaped!

last and this goes for any pipe remember to get all the shavings that fell in the pipe out, with a removable muffler it’s easy to blow it out with compressed air. If you don’t have compressed air remember to turn the pipe over and over to move the shavings through all those bends.

Oh the original Allen bolts used to mount the stock exhaust work and look much better than the included hex heads.

Did the pipe come with a set of rollers and clutch springs, and did you install it?
