I always put a piece of tape on both sides of each electrical connection, and mark them with a number. Makes it easy to insure there are no mismatches on assembly.

I did the same on the coil side, ended up doing same on the harness side after I had them reversed.

If the injectors are simply out of sequence (plugged into wrong cylinder) cold start is slightly more difficult but once up to temp there is almost zero difference in riding feeling. The cylinders are still getting fuel and once warm it’s pretty well atomized either way. My first EFI equipped bike fired all injectors with each crank rotation. 84 Kawasaki GpZ750 Turbo.

Problem is bike stalls before I can squirt water on the headers.

If you've unplugged the PCV then i would try spark plugs as mine was hard to start and then wouldn't and it just backfired. Changed plugs and the bike was whole again (Even though they produced a spark on my dirt bike).

Fire up, hold throttle at say 2-5% opening. Keep rpm under 6k. Test.

make sure crank position connector is reconnected like stock

Update, got the bike started and sprayed the headers and both rear cylinders were cold. Where can I get the injectors at a low cost? And are lower and upper injectors the same?

The upper & lower injectors are different.

Part number for lower injector is 893934 or GU05115730 https://www.af1racing.com/store/Scri...29&action=View

You maybe get some on ebay.

strange for both to fail at the same time.

Are you sure something else like a bad connection somewhere isn't causing the issue.

Have you read the error status in the ECU with IAW/GuzziDiag or PADS?
Injectors have individual error codes; so if they both have failed it will be recorded in the ECU.

I have guizzidiag but don't know where to start to get the error codes if any.

make sure your cable has been installed by the Laptop OS so drivers are installed.
    plug in the diag cable (diag plug is in the tail section just under the pillion seat/tail lock);
    open IAW/GuzziDiag,
    if this is first time you use it;
    select File/preferences;
    select the correct com port.
select Motorcycle 7SM for IAWDiag, California 1400 for GuzziDiag.
    Close that dialogue.
Go to File/Connect, Turn ignition on, select OK.
You should see a bunch of numbers appear in the main page & at the bottom it will confirm connected.

    Now Select, View/ Faults.
Select Read, any Active faults or Stored faults appear as a code.
Write them down or take a screen snip of them.
    Clear faults.
Select file Disconnect, shut off ignition.

Look faults up in the Service Manual, bingo.

Ok so they may be new or old, being in stored. See below what they mean.
So now clear them, & then with Guzzidiag connected to bike, start the engine or attempt to at least & then read errors & see what pops up.

    DIAGNOSTIC TOOL: LOGIC ERRORS
    Starter switch P0169
    signal not valid.
    Error cause
Fault in the switch (lock) of the engine start-up. The instrument panel does not indicate the
presence of this error even in the ATT status.
    Troubleshooting
Check the locking cause and restore.

CAN line towards instrument panel U1701
    no signal.
    Error cause
No signal is received from the instrument panel.
    Troubleshooting
Check the connector of the instrument panel: if not OK, restore; if OK, check the continuity
of the two lines from the instrument panel connector to the VEHICLE connector of the Marelli
control unit: if not OK, restore the cable harness; if OK, replace the instrument panel.

CAN line towards instrument panel U1702.
    Intermittent signal or communication error.
    Error cause
Probable bad contact in the CAN line.
    Troubleshooting
Check the Vehicle connector pins 66 and 80 and the vehicle-engine cable harness pins B2
and B3. If not OK, restore. If OK, check pins 26 and 27 and the instrument panel connector.
If not OK, restore. If OK, check overall operation of the Marelli control unit and instrument
panel: replace the affected component if you find any fault

No errors indicates, no current electrical problem.
Does the engine start & run now?
If the bike still isn't running on those 2 cylinders then logic would point to blocked injectors, maybe??
Or spark plugs, do you have a couple of new plugs to throw in the rear cylinders to eliminate that?
Are you 100% sure you haven't got the rear coils connected opposite?
It would be more likely something you did when installing the PC.
