    Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory 2019 Gabro tuned Race map



    if a 1100 with full Akra exhaust and race map is still not enought for you, here my custom ECU tune

    got 2-3hp's more full throttle 9000rpm up, and 3-5 more in part throttles (in the graph above is shown 60% hand throttle T (and R) "soft" map. No RBW tune, it's just perfect as is, just fuel and ignition timing.
    BTW plain race map is very well made, it has been very hard to squeeze some ponies more

    I'm building an 1100 to use in a 2016. do you have a map for the 2016 electronics?

    1100 cases
    RF1100 pistons
    2016 Crank, rods, transmission, heads and cams.
    2016 ECU

    yes, it's like my tuono motor 2016 version:

    but that kind of motor really deserve a custom tune on the dyno.

    RSV4 1100 pistons are too heavy for 2015 crank. You have to use a Tuono 1100 one (that's why other tuner are fools increasing rev limiter in 2019 bikes).
    Better you consider to upgrade the heads with 2017+ valve springs and 2019 cams (all 4)

    I was only considering CP Carillo and they can make the same weight as OEM 2016 1000. They are 30 minute drive from me. Depends on cost, Aprilia wants $325 US each piston.

    Yes. Just got back from Laguna. Cost is approximately $900 for the set and will match the weight of the OEM '16 pistons.

    I will send them the Tuono 1100 pistons, rods, pins and heads so they can model everything correctly for the piston.

    Doesn't the 19 1100F RSV4 use different connecting rods than the 16 1100 Tuono engine? Are you going to use the stock rods with the new pistons?

    They are probably different. I am tearing down the Tuono motor next week and will make a decision on what I find. I am keeping in mind that Aprilia has engineered the 1100 engines for the consumer, lasting through a warranty period and putting many miles on them. I am only concerned with lasting 3500 race miles.
