    BV250 air filter question

I bought a 2006 Piaggio BV250 and the old air filter was mostly disintegrated inside the air box. I ordered a new filter which is make of foam. Do I need to put air filter oil on it? My other motorcycles with foam filters require a sticky filter oil.

Foam filters are ment to be slightly oily so they filter the fine dust better.
I recomand getting a air filter oil in a can, its easyier to apply.
The alternative is to soak the filter in engine oil and rince it off so it stays slightly oiled.

Thanks! I've got Uni brand air filter oil that I use for my other bikes so I'll go with that.
