take apart the mechanical and electrical part of the key lock, clean it well and try to override it in ON position so you can make sure that the keylock is not the probelm.
Also a good idea is to take apart the emergancy on / off switch and render it dead to make sure that there are no shutoffs due to the switch.
Check the wiering ground on the engine and try to attach a wire from the - on the battery to the engine and then to start the bike. Check the grounding terminal on ignition coil for a good ground and measure it to see if its faulty. Measure the impulse comming to the ignition coil if there is none check for the engines pickup sensor (sensor that gives a impulse when to fire the engine) its located near to the water pump. If ok when cranking it should show 0.6-1V if it dosnt produce any voltage you just found your problem.
It seams that you have a small but nasty problem, try to render all switches dead that can shut off the engine then inspect the ignitin system like described.

Thanks so much, i have used the multimeter in order to check that i have 12v when i actovatw the keyswich so it works when i put to on the keyswich.
Also i have meaasured the pickup senson and i have 2,3v like manual workshop says, grounding look like ok because i have check all negative points pf harness ans they are conected to the engine.
Emergency switch and the switch who stop the enfine when motorbike go to the floor is ok also.
I am getting craZy, i get to do obd2 diag and i found this faults

I have to investigated and it says light efi error, i suspect that maybe i have a short xircuit inside of the dash board, i have opened him and i can not to find anything strange

But i have a strange meassure that i dont like, i have 4,7VDC on ECU connector bettween pin 1 (which give EFI signal from ecu to dashboard)and ground, the strange is if i meassure this pin with +batery polimeter say 7,3VDC, is impossible that i have VDC meassuring between pin 1 with + and pin 1 with -?????

there must be a short circuit somewhere in the system, disconnect the dashbord and try again, also you can pull the tps connector of and try start the engine.
If it runs the tps is faulty.

Tps is integrate om ECU so i can not disconect the ecu main conector (motorbike does not work)
I changed all electrical wires so i think there os not a short circuit on wires, i think dashboard has a short inside and it is sending a short circuit inside ECU by pin 1
If you have a look to the faults picture PO650
