    Brief introduction

    Hi,
If all goes well I'll be the owner of an SXV5.5 before July. I would not have made the decision to buy if it weren't for the ridiculous amount of useful info posted here by all the amazing SXV owners past and present. I'm blown away by the sheer number of posts by some members and, the depth of detail shared here for no other reason than to help fellow riders. There are too many to mention them all but, a few names that stand out as I read through historical posts are @amauri, @SXVINWA, @Jim Hubert, @riot, and @Allen Noland. When I decided that I was seriously interested in an SXV I contacted a handful of AF1 members and every one of them replied promptly with leads and helpful insights. As a result I have an offer in on a bike and barring any issues I'll pick it up in a few weeks.

Thanks for the great community to go along with what I hope will be a great bike!

    Adam

    Welcome

I agree! This is the best place to be!
Hope you get to own one and that it is properly sorted so you can ride it when you want.

    Thanks.
The bike is a 2007 that I believe to be well cared for and up to snuff with regard to engine care and upgrades. You know, DLC buckets, proper assembly, appropriate tune, etc.
