    magneto removal

    i need to replace the oil seal from behind the magneto.
    anyone know what size thread it uses so i can get a puller ( if anyone knows where to get one )

    Flywheel pullers are available from Pedparts in Bristol for under a tenner posted. Different threads depending on your model. Give them a call 0117 966 7988 and they'll sort you out.

    if u have magnet with two holes on each side u can make your own

    I think using anything other than a properly sized puller will probably damage the rotor. The pullers are cheap.

    middle hole m8 screw

    two screws through wood m4 on each side for magnet.

    when tightening side screws,magnets gonna lift up because m8 screw in middle wont let wooden piece go lower to magnet

    What F-ing bike are you working on ?
    Buy the right tool for this job, else you'll be back wondering how to fix the threads in the rotor.
