My New SWM Supermoto from AF1

    2019 SWM SM 500 R
Just dropped off today by the shipping company. Thanks to Ed and Micah for prepping it and shipping it to me. Only had time for about 25 miles today, but this bike is gonna be a riot!

    Nice cans.
    Bikes:
    2007.5 Tuono-Black, with 1102cc's of micah's badness!
2012 Griso-Silver and black, Agostini pipe, some carbon bits.
2006 Vespa GT200-bitubo suspension all around, Malossi big-bore, head and cam, Akrapovic pipe, all put together by Micah.

gone 2002 Caponord-Oyster gray (as faithful as a hound dog)
gone Futura-Red (on the AF1 showroom floor. Get some.)

The more I learn about people, the more I appreciate rocks.

Singular Jack, that’s a sweet exhaust running sweet mapping and the Ecu learns quickly the trims. Bike was already on dyno to teach basic self learning, it went VERY well, even on our low reading Mustang Dyno it did almost 50 bhp. I didn’t even pull to limiter as the motor was new.

Yeah, like 48-49 bhp on Mustang Dyno on during a learning session not even pulled to rev limit and still making power. The Athena Maya Ecu and control system learn, so I just used the dyno, as weather was shitty, to teach it some load ranges where I didn’t feel comfortable doing on street. I’m pretty sure I can make 55-60 real bhp eventually from this motor with minimal mods.

Damn. 50 hp sounds pretty good. Thought they had 2 silencers for some reason. Have had a 690 Ktm on it?

That’s REALLY good for a 500cc 4T single, REALY good. There is another part of the Arrow kit apparently called a downdraft intake, different mapping, supposedly more power yet, set cam timing, light port work and fully dialed in on proper fuel...could be very nasty!
