    Congratulations and thanks for catalouging your build. I was thinking of changing to those galfer carbon lines, they look trick.
    A vid of it running would be neat too.

    I resprayed a few other parts whilst waiting for the paint to dry in between coats on the wheels. I decided I wanted the yokes orange to match the frame, so I bought another set and sprayed them up. I couldn't find another black rear mudguard, so I ended up buying a new red one and resprayed it;

    Fork Refurb Time;

    I noticed an oil leak on one of my USD forks, so I decided to replace the oil & dust seals. I also took the opportunity to refill the forks with some thicker oil, as I like my forks a bit stiffer. Judging by the state of the seals I removed this was a prudent service.

    I bought some sexy Ariette seals with upgraded XNBR material. Longer lasting and better performance for less than OEM units, so it was a no brainer really.

    Fork Oil testing.

    I have just serviced my forks and decided to do a test between 20W and 30W oil, to see which one I preferred;

    Marzocchi / Aprilia MX 125 Fork Oil Test-1 SF 30W

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kl7nnGWJTTI

    Marzocchi / Aprilia MX 125 Fork Oil Test-2 SF 20W

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3YjsmakFzaY&t=2s

    The 30W took more force to compress the forks and the rebound was slightly slower, which is what you would expect. The rebound with the 20W was noticeably quicker and I felt that the forks would recover better over bumps and during braking. So I decided to stick with the 20W, as I felt that would give a smoother ride overall. Only time will tell once I have gotten the bike back on the road though.
