had the fork lowers powdercoated, polished the stanchions inner and outer, replaced all seals and bushes, replaced the fluid for 10W Motul. Took the best of 3 forks to make 1. I maybe go for a Matris fork in the future but i wanted a stock one too.

It turned out really good! Did you polish the fork sliders by hand or with a machine?

    Machine, very little stiction.

On first look very little difference with the previous pictures but if (hopefully) solved some small issues.
-small oil leak (a drop every 3-4 days), had to remove the clutch cover and replace the gasket and add some sealant. Already added gearbox oil, hopefully it'll be fixed.
-ground wire I had left over, finally found it's rightfull place
-Problem with the rear sprocket solved
-leak on the front brake, fixed, bled the brake again.
-Replaced the chain guard as i accidently broke the previous one, fixed within one day (thank you Tyga europe)
-Footrests are polished, put back together (not final), waiting on titanium bolts.
    -Rear brake caliper fitted
-Greased the speedo housing on the front wheel.
