Finding that ordering a replacement static variator half is a nightmare, is this model called the Beverly? Or the leader? Do any other models cross match for parts?
Do you order for aprillia habana, or piaggio 125 4T?
    Thanks.

Perhaps Jog can fill you in more he’s amazing with this stuff, but until then I would just find similar engine models and try my luck.

Hi, yeah I gave that some thought, but the ones that might fit are around 40 ish, a bit expensive if it doesn't fit, saw some that I thought may fit but after requesting further details I was told they would not fit my engine.

In that case they need the diameter and a picture of center hole configuration, find a place you can get free shipping like sipscootershop and they might want to sell you some stuff.

Slso malossi and others have websites that spit out part numbers for better kit.

I measured the old one and it is just under 5 in. There are some advertised on sip scooter shop at 142 mm,by my measuring (which isn't that good) that would be too big.
I think it is more around 127mm, what ever happened to the days when you could just quote your make and model?

dealers have stock parts and aftermarket shops have stuff that brings lots and lots of customers. How are either of those letting you down? Does the dealer have stock parts or not? Do aftermarket shops have more kit than they can fit on the shelf or not?

Its a piaggio 2 valve 4 stroke. How on earth is that rare? Also all the specific models your guessing about fit have different size wheels, Perhaps you could find a model that does share your wheel size?

Your habana is also called aprilia mojito.
You have the older style engine Piaggio 125 4T AIR 2V E1 and is the first generation of the "pre leader" engine installed from 1999 till middle of 2001.
The parts you search for are easily availible if you know where to search for it.
