BMW R1200S - clean example of a rare bike

Sold my Aprilia, so I'm not on here much anymore, but now I'm selling my 2007 BMW too (which I bought from AF1 two years ago)
I believe roughly 500 or so units got imported, so these bikes are quite rare.

This unit has 32K miles but has been very well maintained. Ohlins factory suspension.
Here's a list of everything that is not stock:
    Rizoma Rearsets
Staintune exhaust ( I have the OEM exhaust if you want it )
    Plastic engine guards
    Throttlemeister cruise control
    Rizoma Levers
    1" Helibar risers
    Rizoma Kickstand pad
    Puig windscreen
I also had the seats recovered and gel pads added. If you know BMW seats, they get very hard with age, these are soft and supple now.

The bike runs flawlessy. It has a couple of extremely minor cosmetic issues, but is still one of the cleanest examples you'll find for these bikes. I do have the bags for it, just never use them. They have some scratches on them from years of storage, but no rash or damage, they operate fine.
    Clear Texas title.
Since I'm not on the forum much anymore, email me directly if you're interested. luke.schwan@gmail.com
Asking price is $5,000 OBO - Located in the Dallas area, and I can assist in delivery or loading depending on circumstances.
The only reason I'm selling is to help fund my 2018 ZX10R track build. Need more $$ for titanium and carbon.

That's a great price for an R12S, even with the mileage. GLWS

Not my colour but a nice bike, good luck with the sale.
40 odd powered two wheelers over 40 odd years. Currently in the garage are a 2016 Tuono V1100RR and a '79 Honda CB550F

Thanks Tirefiar. I know I'll regret selling it, but such is life. This bike really made me fall in love with the Boxer engines. I also happen to think it's one of the best looking bikes ever made, but I'm weird like that.

A buddy of mine who got me started on Beemers has an exact bike but with just about 3k miles. We were comparing it to the Boxer Cup. The R12S is a much more agressive bike with lower center of gravity. There's a very strong following for the R12S, especially given how rare these are
