Aprilia dealer in Dallas?

I received an email that RPM is closing. Looking at their website, it appears they have already sold off their Aprilia inventory. Does anybody know if somebody in Dallas bought the rights to the Aprilia dealership?

there is not a Aprilia or Moto Guzzi dealer currently in Dallas or Fort Worth. They are looking for replacements if you know of any good shops who want to take on the challenge.
