What part number matches windscreen color?

I'm on a quest to make my '00 RS125 look like my '00 RS50 (Nik Grey/ Lemon Yellow). As part of this restoration I'd like to get a new clear windscreen and I'm trying to make sense of the part numbers and what they signify. From the official 1999-2005 Aprilia RS125 Spare Parts Catalog 340X we have:

    1. AP8139724, Windshield, Year: 1999[X]
    2. AP8148663, Windshield, Year: 2000[Y]
    3. AP8138916, Windshield, Year: 2001[1], 2002[2], 2003[3], 2004[4], 2005[5]

I've reviewed period sales literature and pictures on the Internet and still can't seem to figure out which part number corresponds to light smoke tint color, dark smoke tint color and clear windscreens. I don't think the actual shape changed from year to year within this series. I think just the color changed. Does anybody know for certain?

I must be blind because I donít see windscreen color listed there. Iím on a mobile device but even when I request the desktop site it doesnít show me any more detail. Are you sure youíre not just getting confused by this?

    Year 3-4
    Colour a.blk-g.bl-RP-s.bl
    Position 4
    Part Windshield
    Windshield
    Desc.
    Part # AP8138916X
    AP8138916
    Price £77.34
In that description colour refers to the bodywork color, not the windscreen color.
a.blk refers to Poggiali Black 2004
    g.bl refers to GP1 Black '03
RP refers to Poggiali White 2004
s.bl refers to SBK Black '03

If you look down to part number 4, then look across and cross reference the year.
So that shows there was one design per year ? ie part number xyz = 5 2005 , part number yxz = 4 2004 etc
    Ring them up and ask?

Iím in the USA. Prefer OEM as Iíve been burned by poor quality aftermarket body parts before. But Iíll look at Puig and others if theyíre comparable quality.

I heard back from AF1 Racing and this is what they said
    AP8148663 is dark tint
    https://www.af1racing.com/store/Scri...idproduct=4088

    AP8139724 got updated to AP8148663 >>dark tint

AP8138916, we cannot get, but I'd assume it's clear since it fits so many years.

Just to close the loop on this topic I ordered part number AP8249094. Although not listed in the 340X parts catalog as fitting, AF1's website says it fits '98-'04 RS250 and '99-'05 RS50. Which means it also fits the same shape RS125. Now you know.

One of my goals is to get a matching RS250 and then park it next to my RS125 and RS50 and ask people to count the similarities. Or the differences. It's amazing how 3 very similar looking machines can be so different. Yet some parts do interchange. The trick is finding out which ones. Sometimes I'm surprised by parts that don't interchange. It makes me wonder what the engineers in Noale were thinking....
