Throttle control - Security Torx - Throttle position travel

Gents would appreciate any help/advice on the following for a 2017 Tuono Factory.

For me there's too much travel with throttle control and stock bars means Im dropping my elbow to pin the throttle (constantly correcting grip when cruising).

    1. Wanted to position throttle control further round handle bar but it seems to have a x2 security torx. Bought a pack of security torxs from Harbour Freight but none fit. Anyonoe have any idea the bit required for this fastener?

    2. Second option was to reduce throttle control travel. Is there an insert kit for this or can it be done vie software?

    3. Last option was to replace handle bars to a set with more sweep but that would still require removing throttle and finding right torx bit.

Anyone had an issue with not getting enough throttle soon enough or know the correct torx bit necessary advice would be appreciated.

Do not touch the two security Torx screws, they are not used to clamp the throttle to the handlebar.

Look closer and you will see a third Torx non-security screw that once loosened will allow you to rotate the throttle's position as needed.

Can the throttle response be adjusted in software?

Probably, but the Italians will not give us that capability.

yes, i've do it seval time, started with one pilot of mine as he had the bad habit of backup the throttle on straights. But is not the same as a true fast throttle... rider has to feel the throttle stop

Hopping on the back of this thread I must say I find the throttle spring way to stiff , comparing to other fly by wire throttles, any one ever had the throttle tube apart to look at the spring ?

I would not disassemble the throttle assembly, too much risk of causing a malfunction that could result in a stuck wide open throttle.
