Where to get new MAPS in South Africa

    Hi everyone,

New to the forum and I have a stock 1200 DD that I got 2 months ago. The fueling is terrible, and throttling in the lower gears is terrible. I'm pretty sure it still has the original mapping. I live in Cape Town and I don't know of anyone who can tune Aprilias.

    Any advice from anyone?

Also, where is the best place to go for a service? (Please don't say Cayenne)

    haha. Lucky you!

Im in the process of bringing in a cable - should be able to use Tune ECU then! Will use a local dyno and play with the map a bit

I do think I have some issues with the Cam Chain Intermediate gear though! I have a HORRIBLE tick!

    Hi gents,
So with TuneECU's help, Ive been able to adjust fueling/timing/throttle maps on our SA bikes.
Ill be going to a dyno sometime soon to play properly with these numbers and try get the best mix between power / fuel economy.
For now, Ive applied the fueling and timing as found on the Akro Full Power map received from DanielDD1200 . Thanks DAN!

If anyone in Johannesburg needs assistance - i have the cable, so you more than welcome to pop by.
    Cheers.
