So, I finally got the carb and clutch. As I mentioned the clutch is polini, but I sourced 30mm Polini Pwk instead of 34mm. We will see how it goes.

Long time no post. Well there is a reason for this. I didnt really have any time to work on the bike. School started and these kind of stuff.
I did some changes in the parts.
I will have 2win vulcanflow reeds, for now i just ordered Tpr vforce(figured out that the tpr is better than stage6)
I found the 2win 30-34 pwk manifold. It will be perfect for me, also really short.
Now i have numbers when it will arrive, propably around October 03.
I made some progress on the clutch plans, it seems very promising but i wont spoil anything about it for now.
Rear brakes got fixed, the fluid got clogged up somehow.
2nd radiator is finally on the bike.
That's it for now, there is still a lot lot of work in the background. I dont have any pictures sadly because of this rush, but later i will update everything.

Keep looking at this post, soon I will post some info about the clutch.
Thats it for today, Have a nice day
Sorry for the HUGEEE picture again

    So,
What is the second important thing for me when doing a strong build is the chain. That's why I sourced some really good chains. I sticked to D.I.D ER chain. Its really strong and wont break easily. Also it looks very nice. Gold coloured, so this is the perfect for me.

I made a photo in photoshop so I can see how she will look like. I hope it will help me in the optical process.

About the current progress I cant say anything new. The pack will arrive next week. I will take it to a specialist who can modify the cylinder. After that i assemble the engine and bring her to an other specialist who makes awesome exhausts. This will take about 3-4 more weeks. I dont think I will start her up in this year. But we will see whats the weather like at that point.

    Serious progress

    October 09
Today finally my 1st package arrived.

I needed to make some serious modification on the manifold and the reeds to be compatible with each other, also with this the flow will be better.

(I still havent finished this so later)

Did some modification on the engine too, but this need more too. It will be done tomorrow.

    Hey,
I got something new today ;pp

    Crankshaft side,

I got these nice little C4 SKF Polymer cage bearings, so I dont need to worry about that.

Now here comes the fun part, the cylinder

And here is that gorgeous 32mm exhaust outlet

I noticed a scratch on the top of the piston but it wont affect anything. The quality is pretty good. Waay better than airsal's. Around Polini quality.
There is no sharp edges or whatsoever. I'm pretty sure that I will have to work a littlebit on it but its very suprisingly good. You can see on the picture that the ports are realyyyy waaay down there. I will see what I can do with this kit

Yeah pretty goood it really needs to be reworked, ports, exhaust, piston. In my early calculations( i found a chart what can it do in stock) i got 26 hp for stock and I pushed it waay up for 33hp. This number is pretty raw. This is on crankshaft so on tire I can expect about 29-30hp. But as I said this is very raw number and propably the reality wont even touch this number.

    Problems, problems and more problems

Managed to mill up the cases for the modified cylinder.

    The milled cases

So first of all, as you can see on the pics we can't really mill it up even more. Managed to mill 4 holes on the engine but its got sealed up with Autoweld CX-80.
After a few hours of shouting unsocialized words, I changed the cylinder mounting screws.

The screws punched through the cases again so there was a big big hole... again....
Again after a few hours of shouting hungarian swearing words, I sealed up the holes with the same metal 2 compound epoxy.

I'm kinda sad about what did happen and what didn't. As on the cylinder side, there is a lot more space to mill out for better performance. But as on the crankcase side, there is no more. If I mill down like 1mm there will be a 1cm by 2cm big hole on the cases.
    I'm kinda sad.

It is tuning. The result may be unpredictable. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zd4VLIcQfuw
