    Rectifier relocation for Track bodywork

    Hi guy,
I've fitted my bodywork and am now wonder whats the most common solution for relocation of the rectifier and the other component which is mounted to the inside of the left mid fairing panel?
    I have a '16 and motoX bodywork.

On the AF1 site I saw they sell a regulator bracket (states '17 model), but haven't found much else.

    Your guidance is greatly appreciated

    Cheers.

    Rectifier relocation for Track bodywork

I have it vertically mounted on the very front center of the oem stay with one bolt bushing and lock nut. Donít remember if there was a hole or Iíve drilled it. Been there for 3 years, itís solid and doing just fine. Iíll shoot you a picture tomorrow when around it.

I bought the bracket from AF1 that goes where the canister would be from stock.
    When in doubt, gas it

I’ve seen pics of them mounted OEM stay as mentioned by Sidi9000 and here are a couple other bracket options to mount down below on the side.

I have the Aprilia Racing one from HSBK.

Guys, I'm curious about the module on the inside of the left mid fairing. What is it for and where should it be relocated?

    Cheers

The 2017 bikes also have "other stuff in that real estate". Mainly, the whole EVAP canister. On my track bike, I removed the canister and mounted the backet + rectifier there.
    When in doubt, gas it

On the 16’ you would have to mount it on the rights side as the left side has the throttle cables and demand sensor. The right side would have the Evap canister you can remove.

The 17’ has the Evap canister on the left and exhaust valve motor on the right side.

I would check the bolt spacing and pattern on both sides to see if they are the same. You can always make your own mount out of aluminum.
