Mojito Habana 125cc carb rubber boot fuel leak high consumption

I've a 2006 Mojito 125cc 4T. I noticed it's using about 4L/100km... or per fill consistently 6L/150km. This consumption unfortunately puts the scoot at a similar fuel consumption as a mid sized euro diesel wagon/estate.

So I've looked over the scooter and found that the part that is marked as the 'accelerator pump' on the carburettor has a rubber boot that is torn and often looks wet with fuel... see pictures. I imagine that fuel has been leaking from there. I can't seem to locate just the rubber boot part to replace... anyone have any advice on this? What part I could buy or substitute it with? Seems silly wasting fuel! Thanks
