2017 Husqvarna 701 SM (South Florida) - Supermoto Sumo Motard

I purchased this bike a few months ago to get back into riding after a year off, but I just don't have the time to enjoy it that I thought I would.

If you found this bike, you probably know what it is and how hard it is to find one.

This bike has a little over 2200 miles on it and has over a year of factory warranty left.

Bike has never been abused or damaged and has the following upgrades:

    GPR slip-on exhaust
Power Commander 5 with "Rottweiler map"
Rottweiler intake system and Rottweiler storage bag
R&G Tail tidy with smaller LED rear signals
White wheel spoke covers (easily removable if desired)
Cycra "Pro Bend" hand guards (white deflectors)
Husqvarna OEM engine case guard (same as the Enduro)
Rear tire less than 300 miles on it
    Extra black seat

I have all of the stock parts which were removed, Husqvarna document folder, and a set of bike stands.

The matching Bell helmet (size XL) with a Sena SMH-10 might be worked into the deal and can be discussed with a serious buyer.

I am not desperate to sell, so please refrain from low-ball offers, and I am not interested in trades.

I have a clear Florida title in my possession.

I will assist with shipping at the buyer’s expense.

    Asking price —> $11,000.00 obo

    Thanks for looking!!!

Very nice. I'd need a defense attorney at my beck and call.

No wins, cant seem to get around them anvils, piano's fly at me from nowhere, tunnels that aren't actually open and falls from great heights seem to slow me down.

Sweet bike, a 701 is frequently on my mind. They are holding value really well and the SM as you say is pretty impossible to find. Will be interesting to see if the 2018 models are more widely available.

I want the Enduro as an adventure bike with some SM wheels but the SM model just makes much more sense...

To my knowledge, the 2018 SM’s will again be in low quantity. As for the Enduros, they are never really hard to find.

I'd be interested to hear your overall opinion comparison of the two bikes... pros and cons, fun factor. I've test ridden the '17 TV4 Factory but there aren't any husky dealers up my way that offer demos. I found a dealer that has a leftover TV4 F, and a husky dealer that has incoming '18 sumos and I'm really considering pulling the trigger on either.

    Otherwise... free bump.

Wow.... Other than handlebars and two wheels, they are two COMPLETELY different bikes. It's very difficult to do a back to back comparison with them.

The TV4 is a much more compact, heavier, stiffer riding (shorter travel) bike with tons more power. It's a naked street bike.

The Husky is a total blast to ride under 100mph. You will definitely enjoy it more on the street if you have twisties that don't require too much riding to get there. The bike will wheelie everywhere and leave you laughing in your helmet!
