Where did you put signal cables to voltage indicator? I try from speedo but it show 1.5 less than battery have. What kind fuel filter did you use?

From the fusebox which is on RH side of the gauges. Reading is same as on dash, meaning it is ca. 1 Volt lower from what you get on BATT. I have the same voltmeter as you bought on Ali.

    Pozdr

Your Tuono should have Long end can. Short exhaust takes your Power! What? Few HP is gone? I will find them..

Canisterectomy today, I was surprised to find the charcoal canister and lines were still there after 15 years. The extra space under the passenger seat will be welcomed. Also did a bit more paint and some decals. Mostly to test the concept of where I want to go with the appearance. Cleaned my blue OZ rims also, a little more cleaning and they’ll be ready to go on. Also swapped the Leo Vinci slip-on for the Aprilia shotgun.

Optical illusion, ends same place as stock can and Leo Vinci. But I am contemplating shortening it a little, I just don't want to loose power for looks.

So the question of the day is how much can I trim without killing performance.

Arrow long can really makes a difference. More Power everywhere. It Has 54mm inlet same like Leo vince link pipe so plug and play style upgrade

Oil change. I have Motul 300v last year but gearbox works better on Motul 5100 so I came back to 5100 15w.

I cleaned it, tightened up the chain and installed the new up pipes and manifolds that I had ceramic coated.

After not so good find in RSV I take Tuono and make new starter motor cable to prevent sprag failture. Old one look bad. I can't remove it with starter motor in the bike. So I take it off. New one is made from 25mm2 copper. It never cranks like this. 0.5 s and it running. Tomorrow I replace + from battery to starter solenoid and negative to frame and engine.

Edit. What happened to the quote? This was at you, Jim A.

The pipes do look long. Maybe it is the angle of the photo. Also they appear to be smaller diameter than the single can Leo, so maybe that is a factor.
Not sure why, but I always liked the 1st gen Tuono better than the 2nd gen bike I also had. The only thing I could point at was the "lumpier" power delivery.
I kind of miss it, but am glad it has a good home.
And am happy with the Monster 1200 that is now my one bike, down from 3 a year ago.
    Ride safe.
My Tuono suits me to a "T".
