Nope. Haven't touched it. At low boost it will be fine. Have to be careful there is no over boost. That's why I have an external wastegate as they regulate the boost far better than an internal setup .

Have a search on here and read Micah's posts on turbo's and the punisher... 200mph bike

the engines on all litre bikes are well over engineered.if the fueling is correct to eliminate detonation an the boost is below 6 psi there is no reason why it should go bang. I turbocharged an r1with stock comp and internals a couple of years ago. It made 218 at the wheel I ran it for 2 years
Even did a track day at cadwell and alglesey with no problems apart from a rad leak at cadwell which kind of ruined the track He he .this is a very conservative build so not looking to break any land speed records. Just an interesting project to keep me busy.

yeah ... gettin everything in there neatly was a bit of a challange but very important to make it not look like a pig. thanks for puttin the pics up for me. and the 5th pic wasnt even product placement. free advertising is always a bonus. did badger ever finish the project. that turbo doesnt look big enough to blow a 600. by trial and error i have found you need a turbo that is capable of more than x2 your hp goal or it spools up to low in the rev range and runs out of blow in the mid rpms where you really want the power

I've always preferred a quick spooling turbine even if it goes all TDI feeling up top. What size did you end up going with. I agree that under .5 Bar stock internals are fine.

electric oil scavenge pump is required if turbine drain is located below oil return to case/tank level. That is what that thing is I'm guessing.

video with decent audio by chance! Well done Ned, well done indeed.
