    Yesssssss,
I am developing a serious hankering to map my Griso.
I am getting an Agostini can very soon so I will map after that.

Same here. Can't test ride though, till my leg cast comes off. Let us know what you do and how well it works.

Just adjust throttle bodies for now and copy the Rexxer map. I really like the map so I don't think I'd change anything.

    Hello

    Can someone please help out

I have 2016 Aprilia RS4 125. I have the interface and good connection. I extracted the BIN file from the MIUG3 ECU and loaded it into the TunerPro with the corresponding XDF file correct for the bike and ECU

Now I have done two changes after reading this thread

    1) Disabled the lambdas
    2) Increased the RPM limiter

I saved the new bin and uploaded it to the ECU by the writer software.

The simplest thing to test now was to try the rev-limiter but it seems that it doesnt exceed 11000rpm at all (max is 13 000 in the counter). from the bin file I increased the tops (11000) from 0-6 and N by 1000 rpms (1-6) and I didnt touch 0 and N .

What is wrong? Do I need to remap the hot-cold-delta to and how to do it? Any suggestions

I find this the maping part very interesting!

    Thank you in advance

better way to test revlimiter changes is to reduce it, not increase!

I say let him learn the hard way! What's the MEPS on one of these? The piston will probably take it but on what is basically a fairly pedestrian scooter motor I'd worry about the rod as the first point of failure.

Most manufacturers used to build in at the very least a 10% factor on rods but bear in mind I'm most familiar with Guzzis which tend to get over-revved mercilessly by owners trying to keep up with modern motorbikes!

    Hello Gabro

Thanks for the answer. I tried actually that and it worked but I have no idea what to do next in TunerPro meaning how to carefully change the map. I have Aprilia RS4 125 and there are "electronic boxes" that increase the revlimit etc but I would actually would like to do it by programming. Bike is today restricted at 11200 and maxes 13000 on scale but I would be happy with 12300-12500. Also more fuel in the map. I managed to turn off the lambdas but I dont know if thats actually good.

It is highly unlikely you will need to add more fuel overall. Most maps are almost universally rich and then depend on the crude narrow band lambda sensor to pull fuel out to meet emissions. Turning the lambda off will render the map almost universally rich.

    I see.

i am starting with Tunerpro. So do you know how should i proceed in best way in order to tune in ECU of my Aprilia RS4 125 with MIU3 ECU? Any advice?

i cant find good tunerpro tutorial online for how to do it on motorcycle, mostly cars, with some additional hardware that I dont need or have.

Try reaching out to Mark at Griso.org. He's done a lot of work with the MUIG3 used on smallblock Guzzis.
