What is the difference between fuel offset and the injection quantity offset?
I know the last one Resets after key cycle and that the fuel offset changes fuel on the whole map but I'm curious about what the quantity settings does
My bike is my gym, my wheelchair and my church all in one. I'd like to ride my bike all day long but I've got this thing called a job that keeps getting in the way.

The injection quantity self resetting value is a fixed value offset that can be manipulated for test runs. It is different than the fuel offset setting by how it is applied; the quantity trim value is fixed (if you set it to 100, 100 is added to each cell) while the fuel offset value is a percentage (if you set it to 2%, each cell is adjusted to 102% of its original value).

Is idle co and fuel offset overlapping in a certain area?

some maps have idle co range 500-1500 or 500-3000
... but what range have fuel offset 0- torque limiters ?

Fuel offset is applied over the entire table. +3 IdleCO and +3 fuel offset at 1500 rpm would be +6%.

Fuel offset is applied from 0 to redline rpm.

IdleCO is applied at whatever window the map defines as the IdleCO range. Typical ranges are 500-1500 (worthless, since idle is at 2000) and 500-3000, but with the editing package you can set your own range.

The correction is additive whenever the engine rpm is in the overlap area.

V2 is supposed to be +/- 5.5% in 0.8% steps.

I do not know what the limitations are with Axone, but I do know that TuneEdit has no limits on adjustments and will allow the value to be increased beyond usable limits. Tech bulletin 007-2009 deals with the parameters and indicates that all settings above +5% are treated as +5% and all values below -5% are treated as -5%. That would mean that your correction setting of +10% is being used by the ecu as +5%, regardless of what you see.

you mean the sxv ecu will not make more than 5 % (+/-5% is the adjusting limit area from the ecu self ).

    okay thanks sxvinwa

btw ... xv tuner shows the name of the map as 14028 ... but sure is this not that inside the map are the data from oem map 14028 is - right ?
maybe its the alice map whats become the file name 14028 ???

Something is lost in translation and I don’t understand what you are asking / saying in the last part of that post.

I would like to be able to say that if it has an OEM map number, it is an OEM map. The editable version would show up as 41028. Unfortunately that would only be guaranteed if it were done with the XV Tuner package. The only way to know for sure would be to read the map from the ecu and have somebody compare them.
