it didnt say, but I will check on it. I doubt it does or they would have had ABS and TC (APRC) in the model name on our order form.

Much like the RSV4, many have stated that they were going to buy one as soon as it gets here. Second quarter will be time to put the money where the internet toughness is.

Officially the best chuckle for me this morning! Honestly, I hope everyone who wants one can afford to buy one. It's overkill for me personally, though.

I think that it's great that Aprilia is bringing the 1200 to the States this quickly. I'm very happy with my 750, but there are a lot of folks out there who have to have the most horsepower available. I wonder how the 1200 will compare to the big Hypermotard? Now Aprilia, bring on the adventure bike!

although I was interested in the Dorso1200, I just bought a KTM SuperDuke R and am very happy with it. Lighter than the Dorso and about the same power (130hp?). Still would love to test ride one.

Sweet looking bike, the superduke has always been on my list of possible bikes.
The weight of the dorso does concern me if it's going to feel sluggish and heavy, I'm waiting to get some feedback on here once people start buying them.

The 750 is heavy, especially in comparison to the Hypermotard, but it feels neither heavy or sluggish.....well to me it does feel sluggish those few times my hair is on fire and I want some fun acceleration beyond 80mph.

Just watch the clutch slave cylinder for leaks as you put on the miles.
I think you need to keep up with the water pump and its' seals....maybe good for 10,000 to 20,000 miles between renewing the water pump seals.

If changing the oil on the LC8 of the Superduke is anything like changing the oil on the Adventure LC8.......it is a multi-hour ordeal.

I've got 32k miles on my superduke R. the clutch master/slave is worlds above the brembo/aprilia crap! I've only bled it twice and it's been flawless and consistent unlike my 2004 RSVR.

oil change is about the same as the rotax. sump drain plug is a little tricky the first time.

water pump seal....yeah that's a pita. replaced my first one at 18k just in case. second one went at 30k but it's probably due to the barleak I had to use during a trip.
