Evo6 full system and side stand

Hi does any one know what modifications are required to the side stand to fit an EVO6 full system.

Without modifications does the side stand fully retract and does it still touch the collector.

I don't know wich sidestand your bike is fitted with, but mine has the "euro-spec" and there is no clearance issue on my 2008 T-F fitted with EVO6.

So from my knowledge, it works fine.
Not a whole lot of air inbetween, but clearence is clearence

Have you changed scilensers? Mine differs quite from yours in length

I had Akra slip ons before and they werent that loud- hoping these will sound nice and deep.

The sound is deep enough, starting the bike outside makes the windows tremble..

Havn't tried stock or anything else in that matter, had th Evo6 mounted since the bike was new

    hmmm.
well, that's how i bought it.

    so what is it?
it has no homologation marks (it's not street legal) and the pipe is bigger in diameter on inlet side to the muffler than the standard pipe.

I tought it is evo 6.
Now as i look closer it looks more like Aprilia Akrapovic RSVR Full System -#8796999 (8796999)

    That's my guess too.

any way back to our subject it has to pull the side stand a bit out as when you will fit the evo 6 the stand will knock on the pipe my dealer made it to me so i have no clue what he add it to the stand maybe a spacer or so..... good luck and post some pics with the final result

Grease - yes i can see the difference, both in pipes and scilensers.
My guess is it is Akrapovic RSVR Full System.
My frend (ex owner) bought the pipes the directly form Akrapovic factory (that's the good thing when you are in Croatia, Akrapovic is just behind the corner ) and they had no Aprilia markings as they were not bought from Aprilia dealer.

So my mistake, apologies to Mark, thanks to Amauri (once again)

No such difficulties on my bike, yes it's tight but there is a mm or two in between.

May differ from bike to bike/system to system perhaps

Hi; Have no PC3, ordered the bike with EVO6 from new so according to the retailer the mapping is made for the system. (aprilia map)
Will try my Motty AFR-tuner with individual cylinder mapping later on this season.

I would say a PC3 will be a good idea since no engine is the other one alike. A custom tuned pc3 is never wrong. (My opinion).

Edit: Have you by the way removed the inlet restrictor, in front of the airbox? Recommended!

Davor41 - I hope you didn't pay EVO-6 prices for your cans. EVO-6's are easily twice the price here in the US.
