There is lots of spare parts catalogs here:
    http://www.wendelmotorraeder.de/shop...hp?cPath=34_44
    Sadly not for mine
Although when I called him up, this person called "Stefan" I think, was very helpful and promised to mail me a parts catalog for my GA '95.
    That was last Xmas
Well, even germans are not that efficient at times *lol*

Have the 1993 chassis manual edition in paper at home and the 1992 rotax 655 engine manual.

Will scan the chassis manual bit by bit and post it here.
ŋAny server to use? Haven't got one myself.

Cheers and keep biking safely, Carlos.

btw: have a look at our club:

    workshop manual cd Pegaso

    Hi guys,

today I found this on Ebay:
    http://cgi.ebay.es/MANUAL-DE-TALLER-...item27ace9dea3
already wrote to the guy asking about year, model, motor and chassis included etc.
As he is from Spain (Galicia) - closer to Portugal than to the Canaries though I might get this sent to me and keep you informed, if its any good.

    Keep biking safely

    got this reply:
"Este manual es para el motor Rotax, se trata del manual oficial de aprilia (copia escaneada, archivo PDF) en tres idiomas espaņol, italiano, ingles para la Aprilia Pegaso 650 de 1996. En el manual hemos visto que es para el motor Rotax 655cc 4T 5 valvulas pero no hemos visto para que modelos sirve. Tambien tenemos otro manual para la 650IE del 2002 pero esta en ingles.
    Un saludo.
    www.topmanuals.com"
So they have to different cds with PDFs:
1- rotax 655 from 1996 [ES, IT, EN]
    2- 650 ie from 2002 [EN]
    Anybody interested?
As I can get them by national post it's less than 10,- for me and then we find a server... :-D
    cheers C.M.

What do you need specifically? Part number lists are available on-line for the bike, and the engine part number files can be found if you look specifically for the Rotax engine type that suits your model.

I've a lot of stuff which I could send you directly too, but please be specific in what you need. Send me a PM with your email address.

    Cheers... Paul

After looking at your pictures you posted on the German site I'm also reasonably certain you have the MX model, and probably the Swiss version too. This version was de-rated to 25kW to meet the tighter emission and noise legislation of Switzerland at the time.

To be certain, look for the position of the rev counter drive and the number of wires which come out of the alternator. The MX has the drive from the cylinder head and seven wires (I think... I need to check). I have the engine manual and engine parts' book at home, but only in paper copy. If I'm right, this engine is the all rolling element bearing engine with the manual cam chain adjuster, and was only made for two years. I have one too! There are a lot of minor but important internal differences with the later engines.

I could try to make a PDF copy of the manual and parts' book if you wish, but I'm a bit reluctant as I don't have a sheet feeder for my scanner. If you absolutely cannot find the manual on line, tell me and I'll do it for you.

    Cheers... Paul

    Sorry, I missed your time-window.

Google can find most things if you know how to search...

I'll see if I can send you a PM.

    Cheers... Paul
