Not enough of a market for it I believe. (yet)

The only one I came across was an imported TAG TwistAndGo from the UK. I don't know if they have more publications like that there, but their market is so much larger than the US because scooters are a standard means of transportation there unlike the US. And even that publication isn't a monthly type mag.

Your best bet would be websites like 2strokebuzz

I got a mag called Scoot! that i got a month ago with a nice 2008 buyers guide in it but the rest of the articals are not that good.

Hopefully some motorcycle mags will start putting in scooter info.

I was having a pipe dream about starting a scooter only magazine in the US. Sales of scoots are up huge this year and rising. Seems like Yamaha, Vespa etc... are trying to bring a decent line of usable scoots to the US. Then throw in the electric scooter thing. Untapped market.

Ya the market for scooters in the USA is rising pretty fast, a couple years ago when I moved to the US I didnt see any scooters but now when I go to the downtown area I see a lot more scooters even tho most of them are vespas and scooters that look like vespa..
