A few more manuals here, too, with some other stuff. I re-scanned one manual as to make it OCR (text searchable) capable. Cuz I'm lazy like that.

Thanks for putting these up guys, they are invaluable.

The high resolution zoom-able wiring diagram, schematic, electrical drawing, PDF posted by rsvikingo69 is a little hidden here, but probably the most useful document on this forum, for electrical fault finding, electrical problem solving.

    Thanks

Sal, I actually took some video of this but have yet to put it together and throw it on my Youtube account. I'll see if I can get something together tonight or tomorrow.

Sorry for the delay, Sal, it's up now (currently processing, so give it a bit if it doesn't show right away).

I took some video on doing that as well, haha. But have yet had time to put the video together. But there are a few threads on here that talk about how to do it.

with the vacuum hoses splitting, should I buy just OEM replacements? I'd rather replace them with something a bit more industrial.

It was too easy draining the coolant. At the thermostat remove the clamps and slide the hose back. A screw for air bleed is at top of radiator. This screw is not installed until you re fill and when coolant comes out of them. Radiator also has a drain screw. Use tiny amount of teflon thread sealant on the screws. One quart of coolant is needed (add one quart of distilled water to mix it)

Although the over flow reservoir has to be removed, the process is so easy you will think you're not finished when you are. Mine never burped either.
