    Even closer

I'm slow, but at least I'm not too fast...

First, I found a little app that will help with the cuts, as in enter dimensions, diameters, thickness, and angle- print it and wrap the pipe to show where to cut-
Go to http://www.tonyfoale.com/ then Freeware, find the 'Tube profile cutting guide'.

I got the SS U-bend. I ran into Jay from Dauntless Motors who will weld it up for me.
SO: What's the best application- NOT with the 'flow' of gasses, or does it matter?

    Different header

I am not sure what the pipe on the left is off, I though this type was the standard for the UK Mille, and the one on the right was from a Falco. Has any one done any modes on this type of pipe?

In your picture, the left is from a 98-2000 Mille and the right is from a 2001-03 Mille

The Arrow system that came with my bike had a similar header system to the one pictured in a couple posts above. Seems to sork great on my bike, but I haven't ridden one of these without a good exhaust system, sooooooooooo

    This looks a great discovery.

Are the gains found comparable to using a 2-2 system?
