quick action throttle fitted what have you done to yours today?

I was really pissed at having to twist the throttle so far,so got the complete kit from the mx bike and fitted it and now it twists half of what it did before way better, i had to shorten it a bit to get the bar end back on but with a bit of lockwire on the grip it works a treat also fitted 10mm bobbins for paddock stand to the swingarm and blue led lights to the fairing under the headlight, just need to get a camera sorted so i can post some pics ps the single sided swingarm has been stiped and getting ready for either paint or chrome or powder coat not sure yet

today i took the frame totally to bits, finished the engine all but 1 nut.

easy to say, took alot of work.

had to stop because i need some autosol or a polishing compound to polish the frame!

get a cable tie and sum super glue,
take the switch housing apart to expose the cable end and plastic spinny bit (lol)
Cut the cable tie down both sides to make it short enuf so it will glue around the spinny bit
Place the throttle cable back in its plase so its sits on topof the glued cable tie....

Hard 2 explain without pics ill have to get sum but it makes the rotating circle of the cable bigger therefore giving u a better resonse on the throttle!
been there it dont work after a week it all broke up and locked it up also it doesnt give you enough swing so got the cable and throttle grip for 10.50 delivered off ebay and no bodging required, cable is a bit longer than usual but it still fits nice ,only get the domino set up as its slimmer than most so fits nice and tight up against the switchgear
