    Same symptoms as cam timing 180 degrees out. If problems started after engine work was done, I’d put money on cam timing being set incorrectly.

    Can someone measure dimensions for part 5? Iam rebuilding my engine, and now I noticed there is missing all bushes from head by previous owner.. I will do bushes by myself, so measures needed..

    How is possible to make the timing wrong? the camshafts has an only one postion with the locking holes aligned. Is it right? I am asking because I am rebuilding my engine and I want to do it well.

    The crank also has to be pinned in the correct position...

    I rebuilded engine and now I got some fuel problems. When I put start spray to intake, bike starts immediately. And shuts down also.
    I think I have wirings incorrect, where is injectors, airtemp, etc. connectors.
    I checked wiring diagram, and I found correct wire for front injector. For rear injector I dont have wire, like in diagram. Do someone have pics of those right connectings?

    Problem solved. I think wires are now correctly

    Again some electric problems. When I hit stator cover with screwdriver (ignition on), for example, bike spins fuelpump, like when you put ignition on.
    Bike doesnt show speed, or load battery while driving... stator doesnt look like it is burned. Can I measure it somehow, or whats wrong..? svx550 -07

    That is normal, they all do that and not an indication of a problem.
    It will even do it when you tap on the clutch cover or the frame, or rattle the footpegs, etc...
