Don't care how much carbon bling he put on that bike, $27k for 5 year old F4 is nuts.

I had fantasized about getting carbon fucking everything for the ape, plus many other goodies and bits....

Now I've seen a first hand example of what happens when you go that route.
You get a year or so into the project, realize just how much you've spent, and say "WTF did i do that for?" and try to cut your losses by dumping the bike.

...... No thanks.

Don't forget this MF'er is including the cost of DECALS as upgrades he's listed! :soap:

But he forgot the Michelin Man decals:WTF: I was almost impressed w/ his list until I couldn't find those on it, he list various mounting hardware.

I can't believe what some of those prices he listed were. Do things really cost that much on a MV, hell after market carbon panels usually cost less than OEM retail priced plastics.

Why build a MV with all that carbon fiber to ride in Kansas! No hills- no turns!

I was at the rock store years ago and saw a 01(?) Mille with ALL carbon fiber and I could not understand - and commented on - who would do that ?
And Matt LaBlanc came up laughing .....He had the $$$ and he could afford to risk it on the street.

That is a great MV but I would be surprised if anyway pays $15K for it....
He is better off (like the guys here who break up their Mille R's )if he wants a return is to sell it in parts....

just my humble opinion....

Yeah they do and it's in big part why I never bought a 750 Brutale......I was THIS close but after I checked the price for an exhaust etc I got cold feet.

Glad I have a Tuono :WTF: Full Titanium Exhaust $ 5,758.75!, Airbox $ 1,410.00! Our Akras and Evos are a little less $ eh? That bike is beautiful, but I think I might be afraid to ride it...

the problem with mv corse parts is that you tool up for what maybe 75 orders, someone has to pay for it

For 27k, that is not a bad deal. Hard to beat the list of mods on that bike. Beautiful :worship:

That exhaust looks all sorts of jacked up. Its all crooked when looking at it from the rear.

Good eye. You're right. Looks like the bike has seen some crash damage judging by the way one pipe points in a weird direction and the number plate is off center.

He should have done all those upgrades to a 1000. Now that would be a sight to see.

It's not crash damage. If the junction behind the right peg isn't tight the left side rotates up and in giving that exact look from the rear. He either needs to expand the forward pipe's joint or use solid mounts from the subframe.
