Going on a track day tomorrow, looking for some advice and tips:

In preparation,
the bike has both oils changed, and is fully derestricted.
set the rev light to 10.5k to give warning before the factory limiter.
tyre pressures set to 25-26 psi.

Noticed when i tried to slide the bike, the rear chatters rather than slides. The suspension hasn't run in yet so will be very stiff, maybe overdamped? Any advice on the clicker settings?

Any other advice?

I'll try to post some photos after the event.

cheers

That's the weak point of the bike, it comes very soft, almost as an enduro bike. I don't have it in my head but have to go almost all in on every clicker(except fork rebound). My bike came with abnormaly much sag aswell 40-50mm, it should be about half as much.
