Anyone used 'em? Wanna get rid of the front turn signals, and get some mirrors that don't look like they came off a '82 schwinn.

175 bucks a pair, in black. is wattage the same? am i gonna have to be wiring up resistors?

Just watch/check the thread direction on both first, I seem to remember Ducati[& others] have a left hand thread on one & a right hand thread on the other. If the head of the mirror[blinker/mirror part] is able to rotate around 180 degrees it can work. But you buy two of the same side mirror. Can't remember which side though.:)

I got a pair of the Emgo Multistrada copies on my Tuono. They work good as turn signals, but suck as mirrors, but they are legal.

This is true. I was given a set for Christmas as a gift an had to do some more leg work to get them to work. They look good but "Mickeys Ears" worked better.:burnout:

I have to wire them up still but they look nice installed.

Cheers!

Not trying to hijack the thread, but has anybody put the new '06 Tuono mirrors on the '03-'05 bike yet? Just want to see what they look like...

you know what, those might be the ticket. so they are installed...any fitment issues? Since Aprilia likes to use different wattage turn signals then any other manufacturer on the fucking planet, what needs to be done for them to blink correctly?

I have been looking at Multistradas since they came out and I will own one some day. In my research and road testing I found the mirrors to suck bigtime! You can't see beyond your shoulders and on the demo bikes just about every one has a broken pop rivit that holds the head on the stem from demo rider trying to get them to adjust. The bars on Tuono are not as wide as the Multistrada so they may suck even more. I like neopolitain barends $64 pair no vibes, I know you Ca. lane spliters can't use them.

Well, I have zero problems with the stock mirrors, but i broke a turn signal and scuffed a mirror, so I figure I will kill 2 birds with one stone and get the combined units.

I don't like barends.
