04-17-2003, 02:55 PM
Hello all-- I wanted to first write and thank all of you that have helped me over the past months get parts, learn the bike, and basically fall in love with the Aprilia culture. I've posted a few pics of my finished bike--I hope you like them. You'll notice the powdercoating--basically all parts metal were coated, custom paint, leo vince exhaust, little detail work here and there. Also notice the custom decals created by our own Chris Kruzel(great job!)

ckruzel- Thinking about stripping the decals off my mille, really like the ones you did here, how do I get some like that?

I think it looks great, and I'm not a fan of red.

i can make them for you, i'm waiting for a call back from roland the company that makes the cutter, one of the plastic gears slips every now and then and wrecks the decals, just started doing that, so i think they are going to mail me the gears, i looked at them, but they don't look bad, it must be a minor area on one of them, i should be up and running soon, i've been getting by with a couple small things here and there this week - they came out reallly good on brian's bike - i made a few sets so far, just mailed out a playstation2 set the other day

Where did you get that exhaust bracket? I could use 2 of them.

Hey all--I wanted to apologize for posting so many pics. I didn't realize it would fill up the site like that, and I got carried away. Thanks for the kind words--I really do love the bike! After owning countless rice burners, this little Italian toy always makes me smile.

By the way, the exhaust bracket is the one sent by Leo Vince for their high pipe. You might be able to contact them for it. The pipe sounds wicked!
