Questions, questions, questions, now on my third Mille which is a Factory and just learning about it, so please bear with me.
Set my sag tonight and finished up with these figures

Front-static sag-29mm
front-loaded sag-36mm

Rear-static sag-10mm
Rear-loaded sag -35mm

rider 182lbs geared up

before i start on damping am i in the correct brackets for sag for a Mille factory, also the handbook shows 4 rings showing on the forks, mine has 3 showing, new ones in the showroom have 2 showing, what should i be looking at? i see from Scott2ride's pictures he has 4 rings showing, i am also just about to go with Scott2ride's home made airbox as i did it on my previous 01R and it worked a treat, but i will be using a high density memory foam with a sticky back on it, all you do is trim it to suit the underside of the tank shape and smear it with petroleum jelly to check for sealing, works well and costs very little.

Cheers you knowledgeable lot for your help so far, hope i ain't being a pest :)

Sounds about right for the sag

Take a look here for the whole process.
