i think Sketch is having one hell of time riding his 172cc scoot, he rarely posts on this forum nowadays, lets wait another 15 days and i'll bet he'll show up then.:D

or maybe he was caught by the Feds when they found out that his scooter is not 50cc, we should look for him in jail instead:lol: :rollin: d.

unfortunately it's in the shop right now where is has been for the last 1.5 weeks! it needed new reeds and a carb adjustment. However it's been raining bad for the last 2 weeks so no much work has been done on it as they won't take any bikes out in the rain... damn weather...

and yes I still read all the posts almost everyday!

Depressed and 172-less....

Rain = better than snow! It's freezing in Pennsylvania anymore. I still rip the scoot from its warm garage once and a while to drive up and down the driveway/street.

Good news is, I might be purchasing a 125cc from a donor SR from scooters r us soon. Just have to figure out a bit about the legality and then how much cutting/welding is to be done on the frame. I'm a bit timid on the 200-300 dollars shipping :x from the UK though... <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/ohwell.gif ALT=":\">

Well its not a bad ide to buy the 125cc SR but i saw tests and a SR 50cc with a pipe and a variator change did the same performance then the 125 standard,,,well there are not that many 125cc performace parts for it so it wont go that good..
Just telling it not to waist your money....
