i like to ask, if i buy a Malossi 50cc cylinder kit, will it be stronger then befor? cuz the original cylinder exhaust port is restricted by the quarter of the hole (exhaust port where you put the exhaust) so if i buy the 50cc malossi kit is that better cuz i see that its exhaust port its full open and neaby its better in strengt cuz iam affraid of the 70cc kit....
i just want a 50cc sport.....and all the transmission setup possible...

If the exhaust port is opened up it will indeed have near 70cc power. You will have to get the correct pipe to match the rpm and torque peak of the 50cc cylinder.

Well you say the pipe i have tecnigas wont be good???its good until 110000 rpms....and you say it has the power of the 70cc kit almost, is that little 50cc kit going to be reliable and not brake because that kit its only a sport cylinder and not the mhr or something racing,,,,which one revs more polini or Malossi??i dont want that revi kit???is it worth it to buy it it wont damage my crank right??i am scared of the 70cc to be instaled and is going to brake my Crank Bearings...or something<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/embarassed.gif ALT=":o">

Your Technigas should be fine...it is not an all out race set up you are after correct.

Well people whats wrong in 11000 rpms its tru it does 10000 now ,,
Oh and Mica im not loking for a race setup,,so what you think will that be reliable...??

01-27-2003, 02:12 PM
nah laz the jkwas u typed 110 000rpm :P

01-27-2003, 02:14 PM
oh yea ahahhaaaaahaha i misttyped....
i have a question if i get the old cylinders exhaust port big like the unrestricted ones then it will perform better right,,,can i do that my self or i have to bring it to the shop??

a ported 50cc stock cilinder will definitely increase power but at a higher rpm than before & it could exceed 11,000rpm so if i were you i'd get a 70cc Malossi or Polini Sport kit, it will have more torque & power than a ported 50cc cilinder so you can set the revs below 11,000 rpm.

in my place Beta sells the Ark LC already fitted with TP 70cc road kits and they still use stock crankshaft with no problems, we just add pipe, CF reeds, tune the carbs & transmission plus primary gear kit & it runs 120kmh with no problems regarding reliability.

Alright then i will buy the 70cc Kit. i recieved yesterday the parts from Scooter-Attack They give their scooter attack magazine with all the parts in it,..the magazine has nude chicks in it ,,ok i recieved the polini weight set..3.7-4.5-5.1-5.6
I put the 5.6g it wasto heaavy then iput 5.1 acceleration was better but it droped rpm a little then i put 4*5.1-2*4.5 weights and its still neaby heavy because it wont accelerate that good it just has top speed.i have the Big yellow spring in my clutch and stock clutch springs should i put the green.blue.red springs and than the weights ???i need the best acceleration ever...??

SHOW ME THE NUDE CHICKS!!!:p  :rollin:

try using 6*4.5g then see what happens.

is the belt touching hub pin of variator pulley? if not then add washer till the belt touches the hub pin and see if the belt fits snugly betwwen the pulley halves, loosely fitted belt will wear out faster so do it right.

NUDE CHICKS? I might just have to get a Scooter-Attack mag!.....but are they good looking?:p

01-28-2003, 02:05 PM
i used 4.5 gram of weightd and they where to light,,
i will put the 3*4.5-3*5.1 wights and see what it does or i will put the new cltuch springs inside or just put the clutch back to its normal setup,,with the old variator spring and clutch springs which i have now...and then iwill put the 3.6g weights,,because i remember it had such a acceleration with stock clutch setup and the only thing was that it droped the rpm of the heavy weights,,but lets see what does with the lighter weights the old clutch setup...
So what you think of it people??
oh and the nude chicks in the magazine look good but its not that many of them in it...
I wrote a email to them that they should put more chick pics in the MAG. and they sad they didnt have the money to put a lot of them, but they said that in the summer in the new magazine they are going to have German grils and all kinds of grils and on many pages next to the Parts that are for sale....Well thats like playboy hahahah:rollin:
But any way what you think about the setups that i wanna do,,but i had a big acceleration with rpm dropby stock clutch setup....

of course they put good looking chicks on their magazines!! now i think you are truly a MANIAC! :rollin: Joke!!!:D

if you want to get rid of rpm drop you must consider getting Malossi Torque Drive rear pulley halve, it has 2 "slots" which are both straight and cut with a slightly different angle than the other. stock torque drive rear pulley half of Aeorx only has one "slot" but it has 2 angles which are a NO-NO 'coz when the rear pulley starts to split the transition of the slots from low speed to high speed slot will make your engine revs drop hence the need for an aftermarket torque drive rear pulley half.

the best thing about an aftermarket rear Torque drive pulley is no matter how much weight you put in it does not drop rpm if you set clutch correctly, and also it makes your scooter accelerate & achieve top speed QUICKER.

I believe November was national Breast Cancer awareness month in England. To commemorate it, Twist & Go Mag was selling calenders with topless chicks modeling scooters. It's a shame I couldn't convince the wife the money was for a good cause. Anyway, were way off the subject here, sorry Laz.
