Hi,

I have a sr50 2000model and i have a malossi 70cc kit on it.
I am worried that when i give it full throttle (over 55mph) i am ruining the engine by giving it too much revs and the crank will go soon if i do.
Is there something that i can put onto my bike that will stop me from ruining it but i still want to get good power and speed out of it.

Thanks

Dave

get a race crankshaft from Malossi or Polini. that'll put your worries to rest.

it depends upon where you get your stuff from, where do you live BTW?

If you live in the U.S. look up Mototek imports on the net. I got my 70cc kit from them and racing crank. I never had a problem, I have even gone on scooter rides of up to 100 miles at a time at 55+ mph. Never broke down.
